I always told my Son that no matter what, he could always come home.. and here he is, just three weeks before he’s due to be married, on my doorstep. He’s having cold feet.. not sure if he’s doing the right thing.. fed up of arguing with his fiance and just needs some head space before making a final decision. I won’t lie.. I’m over the moon that he might call the wedding off- I never liked her anyway! He got engaged far too young.. rushed into it.. was blinded by puppy love.. got himself a girl who won’t even cook him a decent meal like his Mommy would.. won’t let him play video games like his Mommy would.. I encourage him to stop a while and seriously consider his future.. But something else happens.. something weird.. something.. forbidden between us.. something neither of us planned to happen.. we fell into each others arms.. fell in love.. and now I’m begging him to stay with me.. leave her and marry Mommy instead..
